Every flood, rain and insurance number on this site links to its source. FEMA, USGS, NOAA, the National Weather Service, Ready.gov, EPA and the Nevada Division of Insurance. Water hardness comes from the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Follow any link and compare.

The paperwork

Ask any restoration crew, ours included, for photos of every wet room before work starts, a moisture map with dated readings, and a list of what was removed and why. That is what your adjuster will ask for too.

Your insurer

If a claim stalls, the Nevada Division of Insurance says policyholders can call it at (888) 872-3234.
